Our Policies

Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

Please note that the colors represented in the photos are as accurate as possible, but numerous factors can alter their appearance.  Images are as close to the real colors as possible but may not be exact. We cannot guarantee an exact color match from the color chart and photos as computer monitor settings may vary.

Payment

Payment must be received prior to any work being done. This includes but is not limited to: proofs, purchase of supplies, production of item.

Rush orders may be subject to a rush fee. Please indicate if your order needs to be completed by a certain date. I will do my best to accommodate your request. Selecting rush shipping does not indicate rush production. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order being damaged.

Shipping

We ship orders within 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary by location, typically 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost packages. Damaged item? Although we carefully package your purchase, shipping is sometimes rough! Please send a message with a photo within three days after receiving and we will get you a replacement item at no additional cost to you. Please send a picture of the damaged item and box for insurance purposes.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. We work directly with shipping carriers and prices are calculated accordingly. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Once a package leaves our shop, we have no control over what happens during shipping, including delivery times and dates. If you need further assistance, you will need to open a ticket/claim with the shipping carrier. 

Custom Orders

We accept custom orders for special colors, sizes, or designs. Please contact us (yaegscraftycomforts@gmail.com) to discuss your vision. Custom orders require longer timeframes for completion and are non-refundable. [On average: 2-4 weeks (Bags), 4-6 weeks (chunky blankets), 6-8 weeks (quilts)]

Please allow ample time for proofs and an additional time for production. Additional time is needed to produce items that require painting, staining, sealing, or require materials to be ordered.

Please note, some supplies and materials (i.e. but not limited to: pre-order items) are not kept in stock and need to be ordered. This will cause additional time added to your order turnaround time.

Some items and/or supplies need to be ordered from other online retailers, putting us at the mercy of their shipping time frames. I will contact you to advise of any unforeseen delays. 

Proofs will only be provided for customized listings. More than 3 design changes may be subject to additional fees. Once you approve your design proof, no changes can be made. If there is no reply giving approval to move forward within 3 days of an email being sent, I will move forward with production to avoid any further delays. 

Names will be used as typed, unless otherwise instructed. Items will be made with selections made at the time of ordering. Once items are made, changes cannot be made. We are not responsible for correcting selections made. 

Coupons

Coupons are only valid on dates and times listed. Offer is valid on online purchases made before date and time stated. Sales tax, shipping & handling do not qualify toward minimum purchase amount. Offers are not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor are they valid toward previous purchases. Offers may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned or sold. Offer valid on in-stock items only. Custom orders do not qualify for discount. No rain checks issued. Offer not valid for prior purchases. Other restrictions may apply.

Handcrafted Bags

Our handcrafted bags are made with care and quality materials. To keep them looking their best:

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap
  • Avoid machine washing or submerging in water
  • Air dry away from direct sunlight and heat
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
  • Avoid overloading to maintain the bag's shape

Handcrafted Blankets

Our blankets are crafted for comfort and durability. Follow these care tips:

  • Machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water
  • Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry
  • Remove promptly from dryer to prevent wrinkles
  • Store folded in a breathable bag or container.
